Delivery

Single units are shipped by our partner warehouses. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and again at checkout.

• UAE: flat rate AED 25, free on orders over AED 2000.
• Other countries: flat rate AED 90 for single units. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility; we confirm the details before dispatch.
• Lots: shipping is quoted together with the lot price, by air or sea depending on the destination.

When the carrier collects your order, we email you the tracking number.
