Returns and warranty

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we help you make a claim.

Return window and conditions are set by the store owner and may be updated.
