These terms apply to purchases from baltayeb.com, operated by ALBALAD ALTAYEB TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, UAE.
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude shipping unless stated.
- Lot prices are quotations valid for the period stated in the quote. A lot is reserved only after payment.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available, and we refund any payment received.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on the warehouse and the carrier.
- Grading, returns and warranty follow the Grading & warranty page.
